Revenge ends and Love begins… New style romantic comedy made by Park, Chan-Wook. The story of <I’m a Cyborg, but that’s OK> begin in an unexpected place. After Director Park Chan-Wook dreamed about a girl who shoots bullets out of her body, he developed this impressive dream into a movie about a sweet love story of pure-hearted and unusual characters, and has various stories in it. “Shin Se Gye (New World) Asylum”, the background of this movie, is different from any asylum usually symbolized as a gloomy and cruel place. With the pastel-tone colors, the asylum became a place filled with silly imaginations and fantasies and it will show a different visual from Park’s previous works. After completing 3 revenge series, Park shows an unusual love story with an unfamiliar combination of ‘asylum + cyborg +romantic comedy’ through <I’m a Cyborg, but that’s OK> which will be remembered as his new trial and his brightest movie.
